Michelle + Vladimir

Michelle and Vladimir got married on October 28, 2023 at  Georgetown Vosh in Lakewood, OH.

Looking back on their special day....

A moment that makes them smile: We did our first look at Jacobs Pavilion and it was super intimate and private with just us / our photographers / the venue manager and my mom there.  It was very special and unlike any experience we expected to have on our wedding day.  Vlad also said our grand entrance was really special and he loved the pictures from it.

A moment that makes them laugh: There were several parts in the speeches where inside jokes were mentioned that made us laugh.  Also, we did a little pretzel twist move during our first dance that our painter painted and we got a huge cheer which made us laugh since we did not expect it.

Their favorite moment: Michelle - my favorite moment was when we did our first look on the stage at Jacobs Pavilion.  I got put in the green room and got brought out on the stage and it was so emotional and exciting.  Since it was the first time we had seen each other all day it also calmed my nerves.  Vlad - My favorite moment was the grand entrance because I thought it was fun and all the attention was on us and we had done a little practice and the energy was high.

If they had to plan it all over, what they would 100% include again: Definitely Justin as our photographer since he put us at ease throughout the day / also we loved the wedding painter Grace so we definitely would have done that again.  Honestly overall we were very happy with the wedding and of course we have a few minor things we would have changed but we really don't have any massive complaints.

Wedding planning tips for other couples: Start early and take your time doing research.  Also, hire good vendors and don't overthink it. If you have a pet, include your pet in your big day- we were able to have our dog at our close friend and family photos at the venue before the ceremony and we got her a little flower collar and we had her painted in our painting.  We love that we did all that
