People are what got me interested in photography in the first place. When I picked up my first camera, I tried all different kinds of photography, (landscapes, still life, wildlife, street photography... you name it, I've tried it.) but I was always drawn towards working with people.
I'm a social person, so taking portraits, to me, is one of the best ways to get to know someone. You can connect with them in a way unlike any other through a lens.
Portrait photography allows me to show off a persons best features. Their incredibly colored eyes, their contagious smile, their physique they've worked so hard to maintain. I love to have someone see the best version of themself in my images. There's no better feeling than capturing the essence of a person and having them tell you how much they love the portrait you took.
