Giveaway Rules and Restrictions
- You must be 18+ in order to enter.
- Each couple is permitted one entry.
- Sharing the contest on Instagram or Facebook and tagging Justin Gamble Photography (@whatsupimjustin) will serve as an additional bonus entry.
- You cannot be under a wedding contract with another photographer.
- You cannot enter on the behalf of another couple, the couple getting married must fill out this form.
- Must be local to North East Ohio.
- One couple will be gifted a 2 night stay at Forest Haven - Ella from April 10-12 and complimentary 1 Lovebirds engagement session at the cabin (a $1,000 value).
- Lovebirds Engagement session includes one outfit, one location, 45-50 total edits, 10 master edits, and a print release.
- You will be subject to sign Justin Gamble Photography's engagement session agreement. Engagement session agreement must be signed and returned within 7 days of being announced as a winning couple.
- Cabin and date of stay are non-transferable or refundable.
- Engagement session is non-refundable
- Justin Gamble Photography reserves the right to void any entry if couple is not currently engaged with a scheduled wedding date.
- Wedding Date must be between March 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022.
- Proof of wedding date may be requested by Justin Gamble Photography.
- The giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.
- If the winning couple cannot claim their prize for any reason, they will be disqualified and Justin Gamble Photography will award the prize to another couple who has entered.
- The Giveaway starts on Monday, January 4, 2020 and ends on Saturday, January 31, 2021 at 12:00 AM EST. Winning couples will be notified via e-mail on Wednesday, February 3, 2021
